Description

The MC151 Current calibrator is a precision current source capable of 0-120 A. Typical uses include calibration of current sensors, current probes, clamp current probes, current transformers, shunts, ammeters, DMMs or as stable current source for test and development applications. The calibrator operates with its precision internal signal source or as an amplifier using an external signal. Its built-in multimeter can be used for checking and simulation of programmable transconductance or as a current amplifier.

The calibrator includes many other features which facilitate easy use, for example display of output uncertainty (%), deviation, calibration and testing procedures etc. The calibrator's control and indication is available on large TFT color display, which provides all necessary indications. The calibrator and its options, are easily controlled via a clear menu structure. Frequently used functions are assigned to direct-control keys. The calibrator comes with standard IEEE488 GPIB and USB/RS232 interfaces, which allows full control from a PC.
