The Powertek Non-Contact AC Voltage Transducer provides a safe and reliable solution for measuring AC voltage without requiring direct electrical contact with the conductor under test

Using capacitive sensing technology, the transducer detects the electric field associated with an AC voltage and converts the measurement into a standard analogue or digital output signal. This approach minimises interference with the monitored circuit while reducing the electrical hazards associated with conventional contact-based measurement methods

With configurable measurement ranges extending from 100 mV AC to 40.5 kV AC and 0.5-class measurement accuracy, the transducer is suitable for a broad range of industrial and electrical power applications

Multiple output configurations are available, including standard DC voltage and current signals, digital communication interfaces and optional wireless connectivity. These options allow integration with PLCs, SCADA systems, data acquisition equipment and remote monitoring platforms.
