Description
The RCTi flexible ac current probes convert ac current to an isolated 0.333V, 5V or 4-20mA current loop signals as instantaneous outputs. The available RCTi ac current ranges start from 0-100A to 0-50,000Apk. Both RCTi and RCTi3ph provide accurate measurement over a wide bandwidth ensuring precise measurement even with harmonically distorted waveshapes - using a flexible Rogowski sense coil. The RCTs are available as single and three phase models with a selection of coil sizes.
The RCT current probes provide all popular process control voltage and current loop outputs along with custom output options. Because the ac current probes are flexible split core, installation is fast minimizing shut down time of the electrical supply. Not only does this save down-time costs. optional conditioners allow compatibility with existing 1A or 5A CT metering circuits. Typical applications are retrospective energy monitoring in data centres, shopping centres, factories, solar, SCADA Data logging systems. Where accurate power, energy and ac current monitoring is crucial.
For all RCTi / RCTi3ph models, a NIST/NPL (UKAS) traceable calibration certificate and certificate of conformance is supplied. All RCT ac current probes use UL94V0 or CSA approved materials.
