PTK R Series Description

The Powertek R Series is a compact static frequency converter with a variable output, giving the user adjustable AC voltage and frequency for bench-top and laboratory testing. The R series SFC allows engineers to operate equipment under controlled and protected supply conditions. The R series SFC has single-phase and three-phase configurations up to 10kVA. The SFC also behaves similar to an AC Power Supply and can be used for product development, production testing and engineering where voltage and frequency requires adjustment. Smaller models are suited to laboratory benches and workshop test areas, while higher-power systems can support production equipment and larger electrical loads. Single-phase systems provide adjustable output ranges of 0 to 150V AC or 0 to 300V AC. Three-phase systems are available with adjustable output up to 0 to 260V line-to-neutral and 0 to 520V line-to-line. Standard adjustable frequency extends from 45 to 200Hz, with an optional 40 to 500Hz range for wider-frequency testing.
