About the Multi-function Transducer

PTK CON M+ is a 4-in-1 programmable transducer. Measurement parameters like voltage, current, power, frequency, and many more can be configured to any analog or digital output. Voltage or current, Linear or Bent characteristic configurable for all analog output. Digital output is configurable to pulse output, limit output, or timer output.

The transducer offers a fast response time, with an analog output response of less than 300 ms, ensuring rapid and reliable measurement. It accepts AC voltage and current input signals, including sine waves and distorted waveforms with harmonics up to the 31st harmonic. The device provides instantaneous measurement of more than 50 electrical parameters, including Voltage, Current, Active Power (W), Reactive Power (VAR), Apparent Power (VA), Power Factor, Phase Angle, Frequency, System and Per-Phase Demand, THD, and System and Per-Phase Energy (Wh, VArh, VAh).

Delivering best-in-class accuracy, the transducer achieves Class 0.2 accuracy in accordance with IEC 60688, while Active Energy measurement meets Class 0.5S as per IEC 62053-22. For convenient onsite configuration, the transducer features USB communication, with a self-powered USB interface that allows configuration both with and without an auxiliary power supply. An optional RS485 interface with MODBUS communication is also available for remote monitoring and configuration.

The transducer features programmable inputs and outputs, which can be configured onsite through either the USB or RS485 interface. It complies with the international safety standard IEC 61010-1:2010 and meets IEC 61326 requirements for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
